We built the entire site from scratch: an editorial design system, a full buyer and seller journey, individual property listing pages, an agent roster, and a home-valuation engine that turns curious homeowners into seller leads.

The Challenge
Understanding the problem space and identifying key obstacles.
Most brokerage sites bury the seller. They lead with an IDX search built for buyers and leave homeowners, the highest-intent visitors a brokerage can reach, with nowhere to raise their hand. Harbor & Hale needed the opposite: a site that felt like the shoreline it sells and put the home-valuation ask where nobody could miss it.

The Solution
Our approach to solving the challenge through design and technology.
A Next.js build with a hand-authored editorial design system, no template. A home-valuation capture anchors the Sell page and recurs across the site. Buyers get dedicated paths, a listings index, and detail pages with sticky agent contact. Every image is original and optimized, and the whole site is wired for search with JSON-LD and a sitemap.
