The Challenge
Understanding the problem space and identifying key obstacles.
Accounting firm websites default to interchangeable: navy templates, gavel-adjacent stock photography, and a blog last updated two tax reforms ago. Birchwood needed the opposite: a site distinctive enough to be remembered, honest enough to publish starting prices, and maintainable enough that partners who bill by the hour never spend one on a website ticket.

The Solution
Our approach to solving the challenge through design and technology.
A Next.js build with an embedded Sanity Studio at /studio. Content types cover services, team, testimonials, FAQs, insights, gated guides, and site settings including the announcement banner, so every visible word is editable. Incremental revalidation puts edits live within a minute. A weekly automated content pipeline drafts, quality-checks, and publishes insights articles directly to Sanity, and the resource library converts readers into subscribers with email-gated guides.
